This plan is designed to help you meet every character in Hollywood Studios in one day during the time period of Thanksgiving to Christmas.

HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS Extreme Touring plan (Holidays)
Arrive at Hollywood Studios no later than 8:15 am. Have one member of your party hold a spot at or near the front of the line. Hollywood Studios advertises a 9:00 am opening time, but actually opens at 8:45 am and may open even earlier on really busy days. Daisy & Donald, Minnie and Stitch currently meet OUTSIDE Hollywood Studios before the park opens on days that don’t offer morning Extra Magic Hours.
Since you have a person near the front of the line at the gates, Ride Toy Story Mania with NO WAIT and grab a Fastpass for later. Make your way to the Sorcerer’s Hat. We’ll meet all the characters at the Hat. Goofy and Pluto usually meet together.
After meeting Goofy & Pluto and Chp n Dale, make your way over to Phineas and Ferb’s meet which is located near the exit to Muppet Vision 3D. If you beat the exit crowd from the first show, you’re well ahead of the game.
After meeting Phineas and Ferb and getting a photo with Lightning and Mater, make your way around to the Backlot Tour exit to meet Mike & Sulley together when they first arrive.
It should be time to use that Toy Story Mania Fastpass! After riding again, make your way to the Magic of Animation. Meet with Wreck-it Ralph and Vanellope. You might find the Green Army Men out, if not come back after meeting Handy Manny.
If Mickey has a short line, go ahead and meet him now. If not, meet Mickey later in the day after 5:00pm for a shorter wait. Next we’ll leave the Magic of Disney Animation and meet the Jake and Handy Manny next to Disney Jr in the Animation Courtyard.
Grab a Fastpass for your favorite attraction now. You could see a show if you want too. You have until late afternoon to enjoy the park. Let’s head back to Magic of Disney Animation sometime around 5:00pm to meet the Incredibles and Sorcerer Mickey
Santa Goofy is very popular. Line up for him around 5:45 to be among the first to meet him or choose to wait until later. Waits are consistently 30 minutes or more on a regular basis.
Enjoy the Osborne Lights and make your way to see Buzz and Woody at your convenience. Check with CM to see what time they may cut the line that night and arrive by that time.
This plan isn’t for those who want to enjoy a casual stroll in the park or attempt to ride every ride. If you are fruitful with your Fastpass usage, it would be easy to take in every headliner though. You’ll experience 14 queues and 19 characters in one day at EPCOT.

EPCOT EXTREME Character Plan
Arrive at the entrance to Epcot by 8:15am and look for a turnstile with little or no line. The park advertises that it opens at 9:00 am, but it actually opens at 8:45 am. Make your way at opening to meet Daisy & Goofy. There will be NO LINE. She will be located on the far right in a alcove before you turn the corner to Space Ship Earth.
Next we head straight for Mickey, Minnie & Pluto. “But don’t we need Soarin’ Fastpasses?” you ask. Well, trust me, they won’t be gone by the time you wait 3 minutes to see Mickey, Minnie and Pluto. The characters are located in the NEW Temporary Character Spot. It is just past the Ice Cream shop on the right. Exact directions are located here. You could also wait until late at night to meet them.
Very few people know when and where Chip and Dale meet. As you pass through the Innoventions breezeway on the right hand side, headed toward Soarin’, you’ll find a little curved out area on your LEFT. Chip n Dale are usually prompt to arrive about 9:30am. I usually just drop into the area about 9:25 to be first in line, otherwise the line is typically about 15-20 minutes.
Be at the International Gateway rope just before the bridge to France before 11:00am. The rope drops at 11:00am and Belle should be waiting on you. Her meet is located on your left near the water.
Make your way from France back to the United Kingdom. Alice and Mary Poppins each meet along the main path between the Tea Shoppe and the Yorkshire County Fish Shop next to the small garden. Look for the sign.
Continue counter-clockwise around the World Showcase only a short distance to Morocco. Aladdin and Jasmine meet on the left next to the water. Look for the sign.
Continue onward to Germany. Arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the next meet at 1:30. Snow White is located on the right just past the Germany pavilion in an alcove with a wishing well.
Mulan’s next meet begins at 2:00pm arrive at least 10 minutes prior to her next meet time for the shortest wait. Mulan will be located just beside the Temple of Heaven under the awning. If you’re looking at the building it is to the left of the main entrance.
Next we continue along the same direction toward the Mexico Pavilion, which is the first one to which you’ll arrive. To the right just before the pavilion and you’ll see Mexican Donald on the RIGHT. He rarely has a very long line, but but, if you make it quickly, you may have time to make it to Duffy before his break.
Duffy rarely has a long line, except during the busiest times at Epcot. To find his location continue past the Mexico pavilion and Duffy’s gazebo is clearly identified on the RIGHT. He’s a hugger by the way!
The purpose of this plan is to meet all the “Fur” or stuffed type characters in Epcot in a single day. It’s actually pretty easy to meet them all and doesn’t require too much planning beyond the Chip n Dale step. The trick is to meet the entrance characters, Character Spot and Chip n Dale before others fill the lines.

EPCOT “Furs” Character Plan

Enjoy some time in Epcot! Tour the World Showcase, play the Agent P game, ride a few rides. We’ll wait until the late afternoon to meet Aladdin. The 4:35 meet would be perfect because you can follow it up with Tigger and Winnie the Pooh shortly after. Arrive about 4:20-4:25. Aladdin meets across from the Morocco pavilion next to the water. If your young pirate doesn’t wish to meet Jasmine, just inform the Cast Member.
Tigger and Pooh are located INSIDE the Toy Shoppe in the United Kingdom pavilion. Enter the streets of the UK and make your way toward the back. The Toy Shoppe is located on the RIGHT before you get to the back. Be sure to bounce with Tigger, he loves that.
