Characters that can ONLY be met at EPCOT include:  Anna & Elsa, Baymax, Belle (Enchanted Tales isn’t a regular meet and greet), Mulan,  Joy and Sadness NOTE:  Anna and Elsa appear in the same room, but separate photo spots.
