Koda and Kenai used to have regular meets in the Canada Pavillion at Epcot and we have only seen them randomly in Camp Minnie Mickey since then

Jason, everything I know about character meets and frequency is in that thread I gave you earlier. The master list. I don't have a frequency chart on rare characters that rarely or never appear any longer. Enjoy your trip and meet the characters that are available to you. Take advantage of Character Palooza, Frontierland Hoedown, Incredibles Dance Party and look around Epcot for training meets. If you see a rare character, meet them and count it joy. Have a great day.
