Yellow Rabbit appears randomly at Epcot in the United Kingdom.
We met Yellow Rabbit from Winnie the Pooh back in 2010 at the old Tear Drop training location which is where Storybook Circus is now located. We haven’t personally seen him since.

On Thursday, Sept 4, 2014, was walking past the WDW Pooh ride at 6:15 pm - saw Pooh AND Rabbit posing for photos.
