Possible changes coming to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party characters

RUMOR:

I’ve heard that Mary Poppins, Bert and the Penguins may be moving into Fantasyland near the Carousel for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Parties this year.  I also heard that the Tremaine Family will not be returning for 2013.

Cinderella and her Prince will meet in Princess Fairytale Hall along with Aurora & Phillip.  On the other side of Fairytale Hall, it will still be Rapunzel and Flynn along with Snow White and her Prince.

Many people have been hoping for the return of the Beauty and the Beast meet and greet in her beautiful Christmas dress, but I’ve still not received any information that they will be returning as a couple to the party.  They could, but no solid rumors that I’ve heard.  She should begin meeting at Akershus in this dress sometime after Thanksgiving.

I would expect Scrooge to meet in the same location as Daisy and Donald.  I’m not sure if the 3 of them will meet together or rotate in some fashion.

I’ve heard that we should not expect Jack and Sally to return for the Christmas Parties as it is the same location that is used for the Santa Claus meet and greet in Town Square.

Celebrate the Magic should offer a special Christmas version before the fireworks each night as well.

NOTE:  The Disney Parks Blog just announced that the Jingle Cruise and Merida’s meet will remain open for the parties.
