Easter is a great opportunity to meet some Disney characters at most of the resorts in their Easter finest. However, the amount of time you have to meet them is quite limited, so you’ll need to choose a few resorts to visit rather than attempting to visit all the resorts. All the resorts listed will offer character meet and greets from 8:30 am to 10:15 am on Easter Sunday ONLY. Here’s the 2014 Easter resort character locations that are provided. Some resorts don’t list character meets in their activity guide:
- All Star Movies – location not listed
- All Star Music – location not listed
- All Star Sports – location not listed
- Animal Kingdom Lodge – Flamingo Pond
- Boardwalk Resort – on the Village Green
- Caribbean Beach Resort – Old Port Royale Cetertown Courtyard
- Contemporary Resort – lawn underneath Skyway Bridge
- Coronado Springs Resort – grass field across from Casita 5 parking log
- Fort Wilderness – Pioneer Hall
- Grand Floridian – Courtyard Pool
- Polynesian – Luau Lawn
- Port Orleans French Quarter – location not listed
- Port Orleans Riverside – location not listed
- Wilderness Lodge – location not listed
- Yacht & Beach Club – Beach Club lawn by volleyball courts
The following resorts do not have character meet and greets listed on their activities calendars (characters did make appearances at these resorts in 2013):
- Art of Animation Resort
- Pop Century Resort
- Old Key West Resort
- Saratoga Springs Resort
I can’t guarantee you which characters will appear at which resorts but here’s some of the characters that have appeared in the past: Chip n Dale, Donald and Daisy, Goofy, Pluto, Mickey, Minnie, Mr & Mrs Easter Bunny (available at Magic Kingdom), Thumper, White Rabbit,
Additionally, I have updated the April resort recreation activity guides for April 2014. Sorry for the delay. The guides have the complete listing of resort Easter activities, movie schedules, resort fun and more. Be sure to check out the guide for your resort. The are always located under RESORTS at the top of the screen.
