Disney character insider has confirmed additional character locations, so this list should be complete, but could change. 
Most guests will be disappointed by the relative lack of villain meets. We received on additional villain actual meet in Cruell DeVil and lost the Villain Dance Party. There will not be a villain soiree in 2015. Last year we lost all the princes and they are said to not be returning this year. We do receive a new castle villains show with the Sanderson sisters and Oogie Boogie added.

I'm mostly upset about the princes more than anyone else, as they are never seen anywhere at anytime! I got to see them for their "final" appearance at MNSSHP in 2012, and I'm glad I was able to. We should petition and complain to BRING BACK THE PRINCES (AND VILLAINS!) It's not as if they wouldn't have lines of people waiting to see them. Perhaps if enough people complain about it, something will happen.
They also keep raising the price for the party each year, but keep cutting things out that people actually enjoy. I don't know who is making these decisions, but they need to change and keep the paying guest's opinion in mind.

I'm more upset about the princes than anything else. You don't ever get to see them, and that was always one of the main draws for me to go to MNSSHP in the first place. The only chance used to be at MNSSHP & MVMCP. Now they're gone, and it doesn't seem as if they'll be making a reappearance. At least I got to see them in 2012, but enough people need to complain to BRING BACK THE PRINCES! It's not as if there would be no one wanting to see them!

Kenny, We are eagerly awaiting your Party report from tonight. with the parties starting later we ended up with tickets to party #2 on Friday. so we cannot wait to read your report to see what changes have been made and what costumes everyone is in this year. Thanks for all the great information!!!
