Could Summer 2016 Walt Disney World discount offers be coming soon?

Often Walt Disney World will send PIN code offers via mail or email to entice people to return or book their first vacation.  Some people think that things like signing up for their free planning DVD could trigger the advance offer.  PIN codes are seen by many as an advance peek at that a public offer may be coming soon.  I thought I’d share the current Summer PIN code offer I received via email:
