Sesame Street® Safari of Fun weekends coming to Busch Gardens® Tampa Bay

Busch Gardens® Tampa Bay will host exclusive  Sesame Street® Safari of Fun weekends during the month of May. Created just for kids, the events feature animal encounters, parades, dance parties and even a few special guests.

  • What:              Sesame Street Kids’ Weekends
  • When:             May 14, 15, 21, and 22 from 2 to 5 p. m.
  • Where:            Sesame Street® Safari of Fun

Characters will include Elmo, Cookie Monster, Abby Cadabby, Big Bird, Bert, Ernie, and other popular characters from Sesame Street® with surprise appearances from Telly and Baby Bear. Photo opportunities will be available.

Sesame Street Safari of Fun Weekends

Each weekend will have a different theme.

  • The first weekend will be Cookie Monster-themed, where guests can share some scrumptious cookies with the connoisseur himself.
  • The second weekend is Rubber Duckie-themed and will include a scavenger hunt for Ernie’s Rubber Duckies throughout the Safari of Fun play area.

Character parades will take place at the top of every hour of the event. Plus, guests can expect kid-friendly music along with the chance to meet with Busch Gardens’ animal ambassadors.

I also saw that Sea World has Sesame Place. Is it similar to what Busch Gardens has?
