Frozen Ever After and new Epcot Anna and Elsa opening dates and Fastpass+ announced

Two new “Frozen” experiences – the Frozen Ever After attraction and the adjacent Royal Sommerhus – will officially open their doors soon!

Frozen Ever After Attraction & Royal Sommerhus Set to Open at Epcot June 21!

Disney – Located in the Norway pavilion at the park, Frozen Ever After offers guests an adventurous boat tour through the kingdom of Arendelle. Guests are first transported to the “Summer Snow Day” Celebration where Queen Elsa embraces her magical powers to create a beautiful “winter-in-summer” day for the entire kingdom. Next, guests will pass Troll Valley on their way up the icy North Mountain to Queen Elsa’s Ice Palace before their return trip to the Bay of Arendelle.

Fastpass+ will be available for Frozen Ever After. Guests can begin booking FastPass+ for this experience on Saturday, May 21.

The nearby Royal Sommerhus, Anna and Elsa’s summer home, will open its doors to guests and the royal sisters themselves will be there for greeting opportunities.

The Norway Pavilion will open at 9 a.m., along with the Future World area of Epcot.

Don’t forget, guests can also spot Anna and Elsa over at Magic Kingdom Park in the “Festival of Fantasy Parade” and in the new “Mickey’s Royal Friendship Faire” show coming to Cinderella Castle Forecourt Stage. Check Character Locator for the locations and times for any WDW character or show!

Hate the Epcot tiers. Having to decide between new Frozen ride, New Sorin and TT. Tier 2 is useless, don't need FPs for them.

Rope drop one, Fastpass one, close one or go 2 days.

We'll be at Epcot on Monday Sept 5 (Labor Day). The crowd calendar shows green that day. We have an 8:20 am breakfast at Akershus I've been waiting to see what the FP situation would be for Frozen Ever After Ride and the M&G ... since they are so close to Akershus. I'm disappointed that there is no FP+ for the M&G. I don't want to rush our breakfast ... in the past character meals have always taken use 1.5 hrs. So I am estimating to be done with breakfast around 9:45-ish. How bad do you think the wait for M&G would be? I know it is still early to tell. I guess only time will tell. I've got time before we make our FP+ reservations. So I've got time. Another option is that after breakfast I wait in line for the M&G while DH and DD go do Test Track - I'll be 8 months pregnant, so no Test Track for me.

Appears that you will currently have to wait no fast passes will be offered.
