Minnie and Pluto were meeting in their Cruise Ship attire, so I focused on characters I hadn’t met on the ship or offered different costumes. I began my day with an 8:45am meet with Woody, then followed with Jessie shortly after.
I like the Andy’s Room backdrop for this meet.
I dropped into the Wake Up Disney Jr thing inside the D Lounge on Deck 4. It was mostly fun stretching and exercise for little kids. They mix in some Disney Jr songs and then Goofy appeared to lead the kids around the room a couple of times.
Next up for me was my reserved Disney Jr breakfast. My son was supposed to accompany me, but staying up until 3am at the teen area called “Vibe” sort of detoured the morning plans. At least he was having fun in a safe environment and meeting new friends.
I’ll detail the breakfast options for the Disney Jr breakfast in another post, but I was able to meet Doc, Jake, Mickey and Sofia with no waiting and had a yummy breakfast. Met a nice lady and son who were seated with me.
The breakfast takes place is Animator’s Palate on Deck 3 Aft. The Disney Jr characters do make regular appearances on Day 6 with a Disney Jr backdrop as well. The only time I saw Mickey in his classic red and black tuxedo was at this Disney Jr breakfast. Remember, there’s no additional cost for this!
Peter Pan loves to roam the ship along Decks 3, 4 and 5. You’ll probably see him at times that don’t offer a regular meet as well as the scheduled ones.
After a couple of activities and lunch on board later I went back to character locating. Next up for me was Captain Hook at Preludes.
I then went back up to the 4th floor Balcony to meet Stitch. He appears in this flower lei most of the time. You’ll also find him as a pirate on Pirate night! If you wish to meet every character and every costume, you’ll do a great deal of walking, but still gain 5 pounds from all the yummy food on board. You’ll notice that the balcony is located directly across from the midship elevators on Deck 4.
I wanted a photo with Peter Pan, so I traveled back to Deck 3 Preludes.
Then back to Deck 4 Balcony to meet Donald as a Sailor. Donald wants you to know that he is the best sailor in the Caribbean. Have to watch out that he doesn’t lead a mutiny though.
At 3:30pm all the characters switched over to their formal wear. The second night on the ship is Formal Night, so bring along some nice clothes if you want to play dress up. The ship offers some nice backdrops and staircase photos on this night as well as dressed up characters.
Minnie offers a very special costume on the night of the Aladdin show only. She only meets 3 times in this Jasmine inspired costume and doesn’t wear it anywhere else in the world.
Her meet times were 3:45, 5:45 & 7:45pm at the Preludes location. I met her at 3:45pm. I should have planned to put on my suit before 3:45pm to do these meets, huh?
The trend of walking back and forth and up and down a set of stairs continued by meeting Chip n Dale at 4pm. Each chipmunk felt he had the better Tuxedo, so a bit of a competition ensued from merely telling them they looked nice.
Back to Deck 3 to meet Donald Duck in his Tuxedo.
Hey, there was no listing like this on the internet anywhere, so I didn’t know I should have dressed for dinner super early. My dinner wasn’t until 8:15pm and my son wanted to do a family activity after, so I didn’t think to change early :) Now you will know and will be held responsible.
Minnie is a quick change artist on Aladdin night. She not only wears the Jasmine inspired dress, but also wears her Peacock dress. She will wear the Peacock dress again on Semi-Formal night on Day 6 along with all the other characters in Formal dress. Remember the Jasmine dress was ONE NIGHT ONLY.
This dress is inspired by the Chandelier behind her, so she meets on Deck 4 Balcony.
Daisy in her special blue dress at Preludes began meeting at 4:45pm. It’s amazing how prompt the characters are and you’ll love the fact that nearly every meet you’ll make is in air conditioning!
Mickey wears his special Captain’s Tuxedo on Formal and Semi- formal Nights.
I would then leave to dress for the Aladdin show. After the show my son joined me for a photo with Captain Mickey, then it was off to dinner.
Couple guys hanging out before dinner.
I saw Ariel roaming the Atrium area and requested a cell phone photo together.
Pluto was wearing his black formal collar with blinged out name tag.
I completed the Day 2 set with a photo with Goofy in his Tuxedo.

Thanks for all the info. We sail Feb 23 on the Fantasy with a Star Wars Day At Sea. I’ve booked Chewbacca, R2D2, C3PO, and Darth Vader. Can’t wait. Heads up though. The photo package on the Disney Cruise Line is astoundingly expensive compared to Memory Maker, and in many ways inferior, such as unremovable borders. I’m using only my camera for photos the whole cruise this time.

Do you know if there's characters in the kids club? I'm going really soon and since I'm 16 I'll be in the teens club the vibe! I really want to spend time with a character and not just have a long wait to have a 1 minute conversation with them!

Characters do pop up in kids clubs from time to time. Lines on ships aren't that long. Maybe 15 minutes.
