Hi Kenny, Is it better to have prebooked accommodation and tickets through you and then when the dates for Free Dining come out have it applied to your booked accommodation (obviously if it falls within the right dates) or, book when the special comes out? Or doesn't it matter as you have equal chance either way?

It was much easier for us to convert a booking to an offer than start from scratch and those guests had priority over new quotes as well. With that said, we only had a couple of guests for whom we couldn't find an acceptable accommodation with this offer. And it is still possible, after 3 days, they will be accommodated.
