Still heartbroken over the loss of AP, and sickened by it becoming it character meal.

Does anyone have any idea what is happening with it between November 10 and December 16? I am going to Disney the week after Thanksgiving. The site mentions November 10 a lot, it's "a signature dining till November 10", the posted "menu is valid till Nov 10". I'm wondering if I get a reservation for November 26, is there a chance it will be a character meal or does it close from Nov 10 - Dec 16 to transform into the Snow White experience?
