Believe it or not, Disney’s animated classic The Little Mermaid is turning 30 this year! In addition to a new menu at Coral Reef inspired by Ariel and friends, there are also new picture opportunities and snacks!
Ariel was always my favorite princess as a little girl. While I’ve grown to love new princesses as they came out (Rapunzel and Tiana), there will always be a special place in my heart for Ariel!
So, I’m excited to see the new Disney PhotoPass offerings available at Walt Disney World!
In addition to the longstanding opportunity to meet Ariel at her grotto in Mermaid form, there are magic shots with Sebastian and the opportunity to pose with a dinglehopper inside Sir Mickey’s in Fantasyland.
Don’t forget you can get a Fastpass+ for the Ariel greet to minimize your wait time!
The Photopass studio at Disney Springs is getting in on the fun as well! Here you can take pictures in front of a variety of Ariel themed backdrops.
But that’s not all! Prince Eric’s Village Market across from the Ariel meet will be offering 2 new themed food items starting on Sunday, November 17!
There will be an oyster cake, which is described as being hibiscus flavored with lemon buttercream, raspberry marmalade, and an edible pearl.
The stand will also offer dinglehopper noodles with a fresh herb vinaigrette, radishes, and chives.
Still not enough Ariel for you? You can meet Ariel and Eric at the Bon Voyage Adventure Breakfast!
There’s also the Little Mermaid themed H2O products available in Resort gift shops and at Shopdisney.com.
If you’re staying at the Beach Club resort, don’t miss the Beach Club merchandise that prominently features Ariel!
How are you celebrating your love for our favorite Mermaid? What other great Ariel merchandise or snacks have you seen?
