As you can see, the highest discount will be available for Disney Resort villas and resorts in the deluxe category.
The dates of your trip will affect how much of a discount you will receive. For example, at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, you receive a 20% discount for most nights booked from Aril 26 to September 12 compared to only 15% for most stays from April 1 to April 25.
And finally, Disney Resort values receive the lowest discount, although the Art of Animation suites receive 20% which is more than some moderates.
The number of rooms allocated for this offer is limited. Savings based on the non-discounted price for the same room.

Additional per-adult charges may apply if more than two adults per room at Disney Value, Moderate and Deluxe Resorts, and Studios at Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts.

I think these discounts are pretty standard when it comes to spring and summer room discounts. 25% off is a good deal for deluxe villas. When you consider Old Key West has the largest villas with the cheapest price/night, you could really save some money!
