It is Magic Kingdom’s turn to receive more updated park hours. Do these hours affect your travel dates?
Ride of the Resistance has brought a number of changes to Walt Disney World, and one of those changes is alterations to previously scheduled park hours throughout the parks. These adjusted hours have come as a response to anticipated crowd levels. Some days needed more time for the magic!
Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios both saw adjustments to hours for certain January and February dates earlier this month. Now, additional dates throughout the month of February have been added for extended park hours in the Magic Kingdom and even a shift in Extra Magic Hours.
To see everything you need to know about the updated hours and how they will affect your travel dates, visit Kenny’s FREE Crowd Calendar for February 2020 by clicking the blue hyper link or by clicking HERE. Alternatively, you could take a look at the changes in Character Locator. You will find update hours for the following dates: February 8, February 11-13, and February 25.
This will impact your February 12th Extra Magic Hours if you are staying on property as well. If you plan to take advantage of those, you will want to take a look at the shift.
Pirate Tip: If your dates have been affected by these extensions, this is a great time to check for newly added FastPasses for your favorite experience. Additional hours means additional FastPass+ could fall within those hours. Be sure to check the My Disney Experience App if you would like to see what is now up for grabs. You might just see a Seven Dwarfs Mine Train!
