70 years of Cinderella! Can you believe we have had 70 years of this Disney classic?
Released on February 15, 1950, this tale follows a wicked stepmother and evil stepsisters who try to keep Cinderella as their servant. She seems to lose all hope when she realizes she will not be able to attend the royal ball.
However, Fairy Godmother saves the day and transforms her into a beautiful princess. She dances the night away with Prince Charming, but her magic runs up at midnight.
In the end, we all know Cinderella gets her man thanks to the glass slipper she accidentally leaves at the castle. They live happily ever after.
Cinderella is widely represented throughout Disney World. In fact, she may be the most represented princess.
Her castle is the focal point of Magic Kingdom, and she meets guests at three restaurants. Plus, she also has another meet and greet in Fairytale Princess Hall.
Her Prince Charming has his own carousel, and both Fairy Godmother and the Evil Stepsisters and Stepmother also meet with guests.
Be sure to check Character Locator for all the places and times you can meet her! There are interaction tips as well.
