With the opening of Regal Eagle Smokehouse today, new details about the restaurant are emerging. Mobile ordering will be available, and find out which dining plan you can use here!
Mobile ordering is like the FastPass of quick-service restaurants! This helpful service allows you to pre-order food at your favorite restaurants, skip the line, and pick up your food within minutes!
The service was introduced a few years ago, offering new quick-service restaurants along the way.
You can add Regal Eagle Smokehouse at Epcot on the list of places that offer mobile ordering! Step inside a smokehouse celebrating the regions of American backyard barbecue and craft beers. Pitmasters use techniques from classic barbecue regions to smoke the selections over oak wood.
Look at the photo below of the Disney website.
If you have never used mobile ordering before, it is so easy! All you need to do is download the My Disney Experience app and follow the directions. You can see a full tutorial HERE.
Disney Dining Plan
The Disney website also shows us that Regal Eagle will be on the dining plan! Since it is a quick-service restaurant, it is available for all three dining plans.
Regal Eagle Smokehouse looks to be a promising barbecue restaurant! The menu looks incredible, and I love how they designed and decorated the place. With so much of the muppets disappearing in the parks, I am glad to see Sam Eagle is being represented here!
Speaking of the menu, something caught my eye when I was browsing the Disney website. There will 4 house-recipe sauces for guests to try!
- Spicy Mop Sauce – inspired by Texas-style “mop”
- Sweet BBQ Sauce – inspired by classic dry rub seasonings
- Vinegar-based Sauce – inspired by North Carolina’s tradition of vinegar and pepper
- Tangy Mustard Sauce – often referred to as “Carolina Gold”
What do you think of Regal Eagle? Do you think it will live up to the hype or is it just another barbecue place? Share your thoughts with us on facebook!
