As part of the Earth Month celebrations at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney Parks is offering a unique new experience called A Path Less Traveled tour. Read on for details and booking information!
Did you think Earth Day was just a day? Not at the Disney Parks! Earth day celebrations span the entire month of April!
One of the “Earth Month” offerings is a limited time tour of Disney’s Animal Kingdom, “A Path Less Traveled”
The new tour will be available March 29-May 2, excepting April 21. The 2 hour tour begins at 8 a.m. and requires admission to Disney’s Animal Kingdom for the day.
The tour will take place entirely “onstage”, meaning no “behind the scenes” jaunts into the backstage areas of the park that many tours offer.
Guests will, however, get to meet with Animal Care Experts and learn about the clever design and imagineering that you may not notice on your own as you tour the park with your guide.
Guests will also learn about the worldwide conservation efforts of Disney Parks and will get an overview of exactly what it takes to bring the magic of animals to a park like Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
Tours can be booked by calling 407-WDW PLAY or in person at the Curiosity Animal Tours kiosk directly across from the entrance to the Kilamanjaro Safari.
For this tour, guests must be at least 10 years of age. The price is $69 and there will be a 15% discount for Annual Passholders.
