Today we are able to view the sunrise above Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge both at Disneyland and Disney World. Join us as we take in these beautiful views from a galaxy far, far away.
Entrance of Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run
The sun slowly rises both on the east and west coast above the entrance to Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run. Galaxy’s Edge first opened at Disneyland at the end of May 2019, and it opened on August 29, 2019 in Walt Disney World.
Guests love the opportunity to pilot and ride aboard the “fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy.” During your downtime, read about how you can unlock the “Chewie Mode” during your next visit to the Disney Parks.
X-Wing Starfighter
I love the beauty of this area when you can truly appreciate all of the details that make this land seem like you are stepping right into Batuu.
A-Wing Starfighter
We visited Galaxy’s Edge back in February, but we missed so much due to the large crowds and trying to experience all of the attractions of the land. It is so nice to have these photos to be able to see Star Wars Land in all of its majesty.
Millenium Falcon
This photo was taken over the Black Squire Outpost so that we can view the overview of this area. We take in the “fastest hunk of junk” in all of it’s glory as well as Docking Bay 7 Food & Cargo.
We appreciate all of these glimpses of Walt Disney World and Disneyland to bring a bit of the magic home to us during this time of social distancing.
Please check out the peaceful live-action photos from Disney Parks, Dapper Dans singing of a “Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow,” Magic Happens parade in Disneyland, and Illuminations in Disneyland Paris.
You can even bring home the taste of Disney by making your own churros, grilled cheese, and Dole Whips at home. Be sure to check out Walt Disney’s favorite chili recipe as well!
What is your favorite view from Galaxy’s Edge? What is your favorite memory from this new land or what are you most looking forward to on your next visit? Please share your thoughts, memories, and photos with us on our KtP Planning Group and on our Facebook Page.
