Seaworld Orlando has announced free upgrade to Annual Passholders. Could Disney give Annual Passholders additional benefits?
With the majority of it’s employees furloughed, SeaWorld continues to be closed indefinitely. Like other theme parks around the world, SeaWorld is looking for ways to entice theme park goers to return once its safe to do so.
Tier Upgrade
SeaWorld announced it will automatically upgrade annual passes by one tier for the rest of this year. For example, a gold Annual Passholder who had no blockout dates at Aquatica Orlando and SeaWorld Orlando now gets access to all the company’s 11 U.S. theme parks, including Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. That’s an incredible upgrade!

According to an email sent to Seaworld Orlando Passholders:
During this uncertain time, we want to extend our deep gratitude for your continued loyalty and support. We look forward to welcoming you back to our parks as safely and as soon as possible!
The email also shared that SeaWorld Orlando will give passholders additional bring-a-friend days once the park opens.
Like Disney World and Disneyland, SeaWorld will extend annual passes for the number of days SeaWorld is closed due to COVID-19.
While no one knows when Disney and other Orlando theme parks will reopen, we have been given guidelines from the Orange County Mayor. Disney’s Senior Vice-President also shared that there is no official opening date yet.
Do you think Disney could (or should) offer some type of upgrade to its loyal Passholders?

Yes well it sounded like a great upgrade but it is not really. I am a NJ resident with a gold Seaworld pass. I was just told that my platinum upgrade "access to all 11 parks" means that I am entitled to just 1 "one day ticket" for another park , other than Discovery Cove. One day only, not "unlimited access"! Very misleading announcement and email that they sent to me. So I wanted to go to Busch Gardens Williamsburg, but they have just recently reopened and every day is a "special event" that i was told I do not qualify for, even though the Busch Gardens Williamsburg let me make reservations for 3 days of the event using my annual pass # from SeaWorld. Good thing that I called and found out the truth before we left for Williamsburg on Wednesday!
Passholder that wants answers, not ignoring!

Will Seaworld also be finally addressing Sesame Place Philadephia Pass holders as well? We are being told zero refunds... only an extension for as long as they are closed. OR sesame cash, only valid under Dec 2020. Many haven't had their dinings from April refunded either.
