Social Distancing
Physical distancing, including limited capacity in stores with greeters at storefront, in-store signage about physical distance requirements will be implemented.
Contactless payment options and the installation and plexiglass shields at cash registers will also be implemented.
Face Masks Required
All guests ages 2 and older must provide their own face covering. Face masks are required during visits to the Disney store.
Screening Cast Members
Cast Members will be required to complete a health screening checklist and temperature check at home, prior to coming to work.
Depending on a Cast Member’s responses to the checklist, they may be told not to come into work.
Limited Store Capacity
Disney stores will have limited capacity, and you should expect waits to enter the store.
Limited Products Not Available At Opening
Limited Edition and Limited Release products, including Disney store keys, will not be available in store at this time, but you can try your luck online at shopDisney.com for these items and more.
Unfortunately, people have been using bots to purchase, which has caused a great deal of frustration for shoppers.
Disney is offering face coverings for sale at shopdisney.com.
Return Policy
Disney has released the following return policy. For purchases made in-store on or after February 15, 2020, they will extend the returns window for 30 days after the store re-opens.
The return policy is the same in all other respects.
In-Store Coupon Extension
Disney announced that coupons expired while stores were closed will be available for use in open stores now through December 31, 2020.
