Disney Shares Update for Annual Pass Cancellations

Are you an Annual Passholder? If so, today, August 11th is the last day to cancel and receive a refund for your Annual Pass. Disney has shared more details regarding information for anyone who decides to cancel their pass. Read on to see what your options are.

Annual Passholders

Many Annual Passholders are finding themselves in a position to cancel their Annual Pass. Yesterday, we shared information regarding Disney’s Refund Formula. If you like math and formulas, you can read all about it here.

It is worth figuring out if you are trying to decide whether or not it is worth cancelling. For what it’s worth, ask yourself if you see yourself visiting the parks anytime in the near future? Whether or not it is in a few months or even in the next year, it is something to consider.

Phone Queue

Today, an update regarding another option for guests electing to cancel their passes has been given. Guests wanting to cancel have up until midnight tonight Eastern Time if you are in the V.I.PASSHOLDER Support phone queue.

As a reminder, if you have already selected to cancel an Annual Pass, no further action is needed. If you have not, Disney is encouraging guests to refer to the email from Disney Destinations on July 14, 2020 and to utilize the personalized link that is available. Today is the final day the link is available.

If you previously elected to keep your pass, and you have changed your mind, please call V.I.PASSHOLDER Support at (407) 939-7277. For more details regarding Annual Pass options, please refer to Disney’s website.
