If you have an upcoming Spring Break trip planned to Walt Disney World, you now have the opportunity to visit Blizzard Beach, one of two Disney World water parks!
Blizzard Beach Information
Blizzard Beach, known for such water attractions as Summit Plummet and Cross Country Creek, is a popular water park located on property at Walt Disney World resort. Since the start of the pandemic, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon have both been closed.
When can I buy tickets?
Disney has now started to sell tickets to Blizzard Beach to guests for days starting on March 7, 2021.
A one-day water park ticket (without blockout dates) is available for $69 plus tax for adults and $63 plus tax for guests ages 3-9. Other ticket options are available to book through the Disney website.
Tickets purchased are valid through December 31, 2021.
What are the safety guidelines?
When Blizzard Beach opens, there will be some updates to the way things operate to keep safety and health at the forefront of everyone’s experiences.
Reduced capacity, temperature screenings, physical distancing markings, and face coverings are required.
Face coverings are required in designated area for guests ages 2 and up, including areas such as the park entrance and exit, retail areas, and food and beverage ordering areas. Face coverings are not required while experiencing water slides or while in the water.
Currently, park reservations will not be required to visit a water park. This, however, is subject to change. Keep reading kennythepirate.com for more information as it comes available.
