More Pixar pals get NEW looks!

A few of our favorite characters are sporting new looks! Check them out below and let us know what you think.

Our Favorite Friends

Despite the fact that character meets are not currently happening like we remember them, we can still catch numerous friends on any given day at Disney. From the few character meals still taking place to the Character Cavalcades and mini pop-up appearances, we can still enjoy Disney characters!

During a recent visit, I was able to see Goofy, Max, and the others on his cavalcade; Chef Mickey and his pals; Anna and Elsa; Pooh; and an entire procession of characters from Incredibles, Toy Story, and Monsters Inc. That’s several characters, and I didn’t have to wait in line to see any of them.

Fresh Looks

Hong Kong Disneyland has had quite a year. This week they reopened for the third time amid this global pandemic. As they reopened their magical gates, Guests were delighted to find Sheriff Woody has a new look.

We recently shared Woody’s fresh look in this post HERE.

This is what Woody looks like at Hollywood Studios:

And, this is what he looks like now:

This is a definite improvement. His face is more streamlined and he looks more like his movie counterpart. His nose also looks more soft.

More Fresh Faces

Now, Jessie and Buzz join Woody in getting a little update! These changes are exciting and make them more approachable, I think. First, here is how we know them at Hollywood Studios:

Here is how Buzz and Jessie look now over at Hong Kong Disneyland:

Can you see the differences? I sure can! Jessie’s features look a bit more soft and playful, like she is having a rootin’ tootin’ time! Buzz’s eyebrows look a bit more scaled back, and his nose looks a bit rounder. I notice Jessie’s fresh look more than I can see Buzz’s changes.

We will be sure to check and see if these changes appear at any other Disney World parks, including Walt Disney World!
