Disney Cruise Line fans will be excited to learn that the Disney Magic will prepare to set sail this summer. Check out this reimagined way to experience the Disney Magic.
Disney Cruise Line
Earlier we shared news that the Disney Cruise Line may be able to set sail as soon as this fall. This news was shared by the Disney CEO, Bob Chapek. You can check out this full announcement HERE.
Dates have already been announced for both Marvel and Star Wars Days at Sea. These themed sailings are such a great way to experience the magic of Disney in such a unique way. Check out these dates HERE.
You can even check out how a pilot boat helped to save the day for one of the Disney Cruise Ships earlier this week HERE.
Disney Cruise Line UK Sailings
Today, the Disney Cruise Line announced that they will offer “Staycation Sailings” this summer out of the United Kingdom. What exactly will a “Staycation Sailing” look like?
Due to current restrictions, Disney Cruise Line passengers will remain on the ship for the entire length of the voyage. Do not fear – there will be plenty of Disney magic to fill those days aboard the ship.
Thomas Mazloum, Disney Cruise Line President, shares, “Our teams are bringing tremendous ingenuity and fun to these new cruises tailoring them with care to the times we are living in, yet filling them with everything you’d expect from Disney, from great service and entertainment to immersive dining experiences and magic for the whole family.”
Some of this Disney magic may include special character appearances from our favorite characters from Frozen, a superhero welcome by our favorite Marvel heroes, and of course fun with Mickey Mouse and his pals.

These will include two to three night sailings and a few four night sailings that will include the following United Kingdom ports: London Tilbury, Newcastle, Liverpool, and Southampton.
The cruise will only be open to UK residents and will go on sale in April.
What About a Staycation?
What do you think about this type of “staycation” that will not include exploring different ports and locations? The Disney Cruise Line is truly an amazing experience with entertainment, water slides, pools, excellent food, and more.
Maybe this form of reimagined magic may make it way to our United States port as well in the near future.
Do you think the price of a Disney Cruise would be worth it to simply remain on the Cruise Ship for the entire time of your sailing? Would you be booking a cruise? Do you think this may be available at US ports soon? Share your thoughts with us on our Facebook Page.
