Do you all have chills after watching the amazing announcement of the Disney Wish? I sure do! We know have the inaugural sailing date as well as the ports of call and day of booking for this amazing new ship.
Disney Wish
The anticipation of the arrival of the Disney Wish has just soared to a new level. Up until this point, we had only been given some information regarding the ship itself. For example, in December it was released that Cinderella would be the new statue to grace the atrium.
It is tradition that each Disney Cruise Line ship include a designated Disney character statue that sits at the base of the staircase in each atrium. On the Disney Dream, it is Admiral Donald. On the Disney Fantasy, Passenger Minnie Mouse greets cruisers. You can read more about it HERE.
Quite recently, during the construction of the ship, one of its significant milestones is marked by the traditional keel laying ceremony. The lucky Disney character to be featured on the bow is none other than Captain Minnie Mouse! You can read more about it HERE.
