New Disney World Theme Park Hours for August 2021

New Disney World Theme Park Hours for August 2021

Calling all summer Disney goers! Disney World released theme park hours for the beginning of August!

But, before we get to that…we need to share the hours for the last week of July and a few updates!

The hours for July 25 – 31 are as follows:

Credit: Disney

Magic Kingdom will be open from 9 am to 9 pm.

EPCOT will operate from 11 am to 9 pm.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios will be open from 9 am to 7 pm.

Finally, guests can visit Animal Kingdom from 8 am to 6 pm each day.

These are essentially the same hours we see for the rest of July.

Extended Hours

Epcot has extended hours for June. For all of June, the park now closes at 10 pm instead of 9 pm! Enjoy that extra time discovering all the fun things to eat and see at the Flower and Garden Festival!

Now, here are new theme park hours for the first week of August!

The hours for August 1 – 7 are as follows:

Magic Kingdom will be open from 9 am to 9 pm.

EPCOT will operate from 11 am to 9 pm.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios will be open from 9 am to 7 pm.

Finally, guests can visit Animal Kingdom from 8 am to 6 pm each day.

Do you notice a trend? While Disney has had longer initial hours than when the theme parks first reopened in July, these are still the same hours we have seen in recent weeks.

With increased capacity and no FastPasses, hopefully Disney will extend these theme park hours in order to accommodate the number of Guests passing through the gates each day.

Are you visiting Disney World in July or August? What do you think of these hours? Let us know in the comments below or on Kenny the Pirate’s Facebook page. You can also join our KtP Crew and continue the discussion there!
