Walt Disney World’s Big Changes
This has been quite a day full of Disney news. From dividers and social distancing being removed from Disney buses and monorails, to the return of fireworks, and the removal of plexiglass from attractions.
This has been such exciting news. Our Walt Disney World experience is quickly returning back to normal. We have seen many fan-favorite dining locations returning including Ohana and Tusker House to name a few.
This leads us to another great announcement regarding one of Disney’s favorite Resorts.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge
Animal Kingdom Lodge opened its doors in 2001. It is the only Disney resort that has views of animals from its rooms! On a typical day, guests might see zebras, giraffes, Ankole cattle, and okapi just to name a few. Be sure to check out Maggie’s full review of the Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge.
When Walt Disney World reopened to Guests last summer, only select Disney Resorts were welcoming Guests. At that time Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge was only opened to Disney Vacation Club Guests.
Starting August 26, 2021, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge will be open to all Guests. Are you ready to book your next stay at this magnificent resort?
Reservations will begin tomorrow, June 16, 2021. A time has not been set for when these reservations will become available in the morning, but we have a feeling that the demand will be very high for this resort.
