There are brand NEW costumes and a cavalcade coming to Walt Disney World!

As the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World approaches, we can hardly wait for all of the exciting new celebrations! A new character cavalcade was just announced in honor of this big Disney milestone, and we can’t wait for it!

New costumes

Beginning Oct. 1, 2021, Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse will host “The World’s Most Magical Celebration” honoring the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. Mickey and Minnie will be joined by their best pals Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Goofy, Pluto and Chip ‘n’ Dale all dressed in sparkling new looks, custom-made for the 18-month event, highlighted by embroidered impressions of Cinderella Castle on multi-toned, EARidescent fabric punctuated with pops of gold. For Disney’s 50th anniversary, our favorite characters will get new costumes! Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse will be our hosts for “The World’s Most Magical Celebration.” They’ll be decked out in new EARidescent fashions for this huge event!

Mickey and Minnie aren’t the only ones who will shine though! Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Goofy, Pluto, and Chip ‘n’ Dale will also be decked out in the EARidescent fashion as well!

Our favorite pals will debut their new shiny looks on October 1, 2021 – the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World.

New cavalcade

To top it off, we also get to see our favorite Disney pals in a new cavalcade!

You’ll get a chance to see these EARidescent fashions on our favorite characters in Magic Kingdom Park several times each day. The new cavalcade will feature Minnie, Mickey, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Pluto, Chip, and Dale.

The cavalcade is called “Mickey’s Celebration Cavalcade” and we are here for it! I’m imagining lots of shimmer, sparkle, and definitely some pixie dust with this one!

50th anniversary

Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary is shaping up to be one spectacular event! New fireworks have just been announced for Magic Kingdom Park, along with the debut of Harmonious to Epcot!

There are also new gold statues featuring our favorite Disney pals, a new show at Animal Kingdom, and much, much more coming our way for this Disney milestone!
