Donald is still on that journey to get Mickey’s hat! Check out a sneak peek of the new scene featuring Coco.

Mickey’s PhilharMagic

Mickey’s Philharmagic is a 3D film that can be seen in Fantasyland inside Magic Kingdom.  Although Donald tries to steal the show, Mickey is the true star!

Guests are taken on an adventure through classic Disney films as Donald tries to regain Mickey’s Sorcerer’s hat. Lion King, Little Mermaid, Aladdin…all the classic 90s era movies are there!

The show contains awesome effects, which makes the experience even better. I love the smell of apple pie in this show!

Earlier this month we shared that the show would receive an exciting update: Coco! Read that news HERE.

The new scene debuted today at the Disneyland Resort in California and Disneyland Paris. Don those opera glasses and check out the addition of the new musical number “Un Poco Loco” from Disney and Pixar’s Coco.

Doesn’t it look just so cute?! This is the first update to the show in about 20 years!

According to Disney, one of the original composers of “Coco” – Germaine Franco – produced a score unique to “Mickey’s PhilharMagic.” In addition to Germaine Franco, Walt Disney Imagineering collaborated with Pixar and Disney Animation Studios to add the scene to the attraction’s other classic musical sequences

The new Coco scene will not debut at Disney World until later this year as part of the 50th anniversary. For a full guide on everything that will be offered during this special time, click HERE. There will be new shows, entertainment, character outfits, and more!
