Entertainment is returning to Disney’s Hollywood Studios! Read on for more details of which show is being welcomed back and when it reopens.
Entertainment returns
Walt Disney World has slowly been reopening their resorts and entertainment options. Festival of the Lion King made its reopening debut at Animal Kingdom back in May. Fans were delighted to see the show return once again to guests even though it was a modified experience.
One of the biggest entertainment options returning to the theme parks was the return of fireworks! Fireworks returned to Magic Kingdom and EPCOT on July 1st with Happily Ever After and Epcot Forever.
I do not know about you, but the return of fireworks was one of the best things to see return to the parks. No day at the park is complete without seeing fireworks at the Magic Kingdom!
Beauty and the Beast
Beauty and the Beast – Live on Stage can be seen over at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. I have always loved seeing this stage performance with all of our favorite characters from this beloved movie.
Disney Parks Blog has reported that this fan favorite show is returning beginning on August 15th!
Beauty and the Beast – Live on Stage returns to Hollywood Studios on August 15th!
The show will make its return to the Theater of the Stars on Sunset Boulevard. Disney Parks Blog reports, “The heartwarming tale of Belle and Beast will once again swirl to life in this lush stage performance, with colorful costumes, gorgeous scenery and the songs you know and love.”
If you have visited Disney’s Hollywood Studios lately since their reopening, you know not a whole lot of entertainment has been available. This is so exciting to see! Be sure to check Character Locator for showtimes and updated park hours!
