Another Attraction has Reopened at Disney World

Disney is gearing up to resume full operations at the theme parks and resorts. Another attraction has reopened at Disney World! What do you hope to see reopen next?

It’s been a little over a year since the parks reopened, and things have slowly been returning to normal. More restaurants, attractions, and play areas have welcomed Guests in recent months as Disney gears up for the 50th anniversary.

It’s definitely exciting to see all the new attractions and restaurants reopen. I (Monica) am crossing my fingers for the reopening of 1900 Park Fare at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa!

If you have young kids who need a break during the day, The Boneyard play area at Animal Kingdom is a great spot! Unfortunately, this area has been closed since March of last year due to health and safety concerns.

Now that many of those restrictions are lifted and Disney full reopens, The Boneyard is open again! Located in Dinoland U.S.A., your little explorers can dig, climb, and explore.

Do note, however, that some of the area has been closed off so this attraction is only partially reopened.

More about The Boneyard

Disney describes The Boneyard as, “A world of prehistoric marvels awaits! Kids ages 10 and under are invited to clamber across rope bridges, climb through mysterious caves and hurl down twisting slides.

At the dig site, help excavate fossils from a Triceratops and a Tyrannosaurus Rex. Discover lots more dino-sized surprises as you have a blast digging up the past.

Parents of busy explorers can enjoy a shaded seating area at the dig site, where large fans help cool things down.”

Yay for cooling fans! Character Locator is updated to reflect all operating attractions so be sure to add this to your touring plan!
