Check Out which Walt Disney World Park now has Extended Hours

Guests are arriving for “The Most Magical Celebration on Earth” this weekend. Check out the current extended hours that Guest may now enjoy to soak up all of the magic of this golden anniversary.

50th Anniversary Celebrations

For months, we have been sharing all of the fun new decorations, entertainment offerings, and refurbishments that would come together for the start of the 50th Anniversary celebrations of Walt Disney World on October 1, 2021.

Mickey and Minnie Mouse will be seen in new outfits and illuminated displays will be seen on all 4 Theme Park icons including Cinderella Castle, the Tree of Life, Spaceship Earth, and the Hollywood Tower Hotel.

There are great 50th Merchandise Collections that Guests are already excited for. Walt Disney World has also installed 50 golden character sculptures throughout each of the four theme parks. This will be a celebration like none other.

Extended Park Hours

Walt Disney World continues to adjust Park hours based on Park attendance. Originally, Walt Disney World Park hours for October 1-4, 2021 were as follows:

Magic Kingdom: 8:00am-10:00pm
ECPOT: 9:00am-10:00pm
Hollywood Studios: 9:00am-9:00pm
Animal Kingdom: 8:00am-8:30pm

These are the standard hours for ALL Guests. Those Guests staying at Disney Resorts will also be able to enjoy Early Theme Park Entry. This allows these Guests to enter ALL 4 Theme Parks 30 minutes early.

Today, Walt Disney World extended operating hours for one of the Theme Parks for this golden anniversary. Now, the Magic Kingdom will remain open until 11:00pm October 1-4, 2021.

We are hoping that additional Parks may see extended hours as well for this weekend.
