We have shared lots of information about this highly immersive experience. This will be unlike anything we have ever experienced before! Check out all that this will include as well as the price for this full experience:
Opening Day
When Guests first received information about the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, the first question was “When will opening day be?” Recently we shared that the opening date of March 1, 2022. General bookings will begin on October 28, 2021.
Select Guests would have an early reservation window including DVC members, Annual Passholders, and even Disney Visa cardmembers. Check out these early reservation windows HERE.
Reservation Frustrations
Today, select Guests attempted to make reservations for the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, but were unable to do so. For this early reservation or select Guests, these reservations may only be made by calling the reservation hotline.
Disney fans are well aware of long wait times when calling Disney. At the time of this writing, I attempted to call and was immediately greeted with a message, “All circuits are busy, please try to call again later.”
Guests who were lucky enough to have their call received were cited wait times of over two hours. Some dedicated Star Wars fans that endured this long hold, were not even able to speak to a Cast Member because there none available.
With reservations limited for the initial reservations from March 1, 2022 through May 4, 2022, this was quite a disappointment for many fans.
We are hoping that when General Registration opens on October 28, 2021, that this reservation process will go much smoother. At that time, Guests will be able to book reservations both online or by calling the reservation number at (407)-827-7379.
We are hoping that when General Registration opens on October 28, 2021, that this reservation process will go much smoother.

I called intermittently the first day and got 3 different messages throughout the day stating they were too busy to connect. I did wait 1 time and got a very pleasant cast member who checked the calendar and let me know all of my possible dates were still available. On day 2, I got through around 11am after only calling a few times and waited 15 minutes to speak with the 1st cast member who was basically making sure I was aware of everything and checking to see if I had all of the appropriate things to book a trip. The next hold time was about an hour and 15 minutes but it was in complete silence so I kept checking to make sure I was still connected. The booking was easy. However, I had 4 different dates and not one of them had the Captain's table dining experience left. Other than that, the experience was actually pretty painless and every cast member I spoke with was fantastic.

Waited for 5 hours, they finally spoke with me. I was disconnected and they actually called me back. We are fully booked for the experience in March 2022. Worth the wait. A little frustrated with the length of the wait, but you can imagine how many people are calling in the first day. It is now sitting in my families Disney App. Very pleased with the end result.
