One of the big fan-favorite snack locations in Magic Kingdom is the Spring Roll Cart. You can find this cart full of deliciousness right before the entrance of Adventureland when entering from the Hub.

The Spring Roll Cart typically serves two different spring rolls each day. It varies by day, but you will usually see cheeseburger spring rolls, pepperoni spring rolls, or buffalo chicken spring rolls.

Additionally, the cart closes at 7 pm every day unless there is a park hour extension. They do not sell out, but they will close early.

For the 50th anniversary, Disney has debuted a new spring roll: pastrami.

Disney has debuted a new pastrami spring roll for the 50th anniversary.

I was a little hesitant to try this one as I’m not typically a pastrami fan. I have tried the other flavors of spring rolls and loved them all, so I was afraid I’d be disappointed.

The outer layer of the spring roll is nice and crispy. The pastrami tasted extremely fresh, and I was pleasantly surprised. I did not detect much of the pepperjack cheese, so I suspect it was a little light on the cheese.

The pastrami spring roll is served with a side of mustard, which is the perfect complement to the pastrami.

In the end, I ordered a pastrami and cheeseburger spring roll, and I was really disappointed I didn’t order two pastramis! It was incredible, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
