Are the Figment popcorn buckets back after selling out?

Is all hope lost after learning that the Figment popcorn buckets sold out? We have an update for today.

It’s been quite a journey for the Figment popcorn buckets. We knew this would be hard to get after seeing the bucket for the first time. Even with an increase in the pricing and the limits placed, no one was anticipating the excitement for it.

On the day it released (last Friday – the start of Festival of the Arts), the line reached up to about 7 hours! The line snaked all throughout the park. We soon saw ebay listings for the bucket triple the price in the park.

While this can be very discouraging, we also found some humor in the situation when a bad drawing of the bucket went up on eBay.

Unfortunately, the bucket sold out yesterday, January 17. If you are keeping track that is only 3 days after the start of the festival.

KtP Writer Maggie is in the parks this week, and this morning she is at Epcot. The park opens at 10:00 am with a 9:30 am Early Theme Park Entry.

She rope dropped Epcot via the International Gateway. At 8:30 am Cast Members announced that buckets are still sold out. They stated they do believe they will be restocked in the future, but probably not today.

At this time, Figment buckets are sold out according to Cast Members.

We have seen several supply chain issues affect itemsspecifically items in Galaxy’s Edge. Will it be weeks before we see more? Could it just be a matter of a couple days before getting another shipment? We will be sure to update when (if) this highly sought after bucket comes back in stock!

Have you gotten your hands on the Figment popcorn bucket, or are you going to pass on it? What do you think of the excitement surrounding it?
