Believe it or not, spring is just right around the corner! Disney is already beginning preparations for EPCOT’s Flower and Garden Festival. This year, the festival will take place from March 2 through July 4.

Gardeners will marvel at thousands of blooms forming colorful, living panoramas all around EPCOT, and the entire family can experience the Health Full Trail presented by AdventHealth along the Imagination walkway to learn tips for staying well.

Fresh flavors are on the menu at the festival’s 18 Outdoor Kitchens as well as other food and beverage locations around EPCOT, offering a fresh selection of springtime fruits, vegetables, desserts and more.

The popular Garden Rocks Concert Series will return in 2022, featuring favorite tunes at the America Gardens Theatre. You can see scheduled acts HERE.

One of my (Monica) favorite parts of the entire festival is the topiary displays. They are so beautiful! According to Disney Parks Blog, a new main entrance display will feature Goofy with a birthday cake celebrating the Walt Disney World Resort 50th anniversary.

Horticulture teams are also designing, planting and shaping new topiaries of the Seven Dwarfs to accompany Snow White near the Germany pavilion in World Showcase. Lumiere and Cogsworth topiaries in the France pavilion as well as Pumbaa and Timon topiaries near Imagination will also appear again.

On the bridge to World Showcase, guests can enjoy the sights and scents of spring at a new fragrant garden presented by Scentsy. Surrounded by vibrant butterfly topiaries, guests will be invited to follow their noses to six scent stations—floral, fruity, citrus, spice, woods and fresh.

More Musical Acts

Gospel singer CeCe Winans and Tommy DeCarlo, singer of the band Boston were both recently added to the line-up for the Garden Rocks series. CeCe Winans will perform March 13 and 14 and Tommy DeCarlo will be at the festival April 15 and 16.

New Food

Farmers Feast has many options that will rotate throughout the festival. Other new mouthwatering menu items can be found at The Citrus Blossom, Magnolia Terrace and Tangierine Café: Flavors of the Medina, among others. Disney will release full menus in late February, and we will be sure to share them!

You can also explore EPCOT with the Garden Graze, a fun food stroll highlighting five delicious sweet and savory offerings listed in the Festival Passport. Complete the graze to receive a special treat!
