If you are a foodie, you know that Disney Springs offers some of the very best dining options around. From quick eats at places like Chicken Guy, to fun table service experiences at restaurants like The Boathouse, there is truly something for each and every guest at Disney Springs.

One of our favorite restaurants at KennythePirate is Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ at Disney Springs. Featuring delicious homestyle food, fried chicken, and amazing desserts, Homecomin’ is the comfort food we crave after a long day of traveling or for a luxurious and relaxing weekend vacation brunch.

Last week, Chef Art Smith announced that he will be bringing his newest restaurant to Orlando visitors in a new location: the airport! On Facebook, Chef Art announced that Sunshine Diner will be opening up for guests to enjoy in the summer of 2022!

Chef Art stated:

“Very excited to announce our first airport restaurant at Orlando International Airport, it’s taken many years but finally people from all over the world will get to taste us. Opening this summer 2022. Don’t expect anything like our other restaurants it will be unique and part of my dream to revitalize the great American diner.

We aren’t exactly sure what this restaurant will bring, but it is promised to be totally unique and different from his other restaurants.
