Galactic Starcruiser
Star Wars fans are awaiting all of the news and announcements that have been released for the brand new Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser. New merchandise was released not long ago for Guests who really want an immersive Star Wars experience! Check those out HERE.
We’ve also learned what the itinerary is for Guests voyaging on the Star Cruiser. It looks like it will be packed full of fun! Guests have several experiences onboard the ship, and there is even a planetary excursion in store. On Day 2, Guests will travel to Batuu in Disney’s Hollywood Studios and will be able to explore Galaxy’s Edge.
The cost of a voyage on Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser is quite steep. Is it too steep? How much are people willing to pay for this excursion?
Availability
Judging by current availability, I would venture to guess Disney may have outpriced its biggest Star Wars fans. Just last month we shared that Starcruiser availability was completely gone for all of March.
However, we are just a few weeks out from the first voyage, and availability has reopened again. In fact, there is open availability for the first weekend in March! Additionally, March 21 and 22 are also available.
Looking into April, the following dates are available: April 18, 19, 26-30. May has even more openings with only a handful of dates sold out.
What does this mean?
It’s possible Disney may have added extra availability. We do know they are still capping hotel reservations due to the pandemic. Could more people be canceling this close to their excursion date? That’s doubtful, given the strict booking and cancellation policies currently in place. You can read those HERE.
If you are hoping to be one of the first to experience Galactic Starcruiser now is your chance. Grab an open spot before they are gone!
