There is a big price increase for one of the most personalized experiences you can have at Disney World. See how much more you will be paying.
Capture Your Moment
In February 2020, Disney introduced Capture your Moment – a personal 20 minute session with a Disney World PhotoPass photographer. Guests could pay $50 for up to 8 Guests and receive personalized photos from around various icons at Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom (added this past year).
Our team here at KtP has participated in a big group session this past summer, and we loved how the photos turned out! Additionally, several of our team members have participated in family sessions at both Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom.
Cast Members have been hinting at the possibility of these sessions expanding to Epcot and Hollywood Studios for quite some time. Back in June of 2021, a Cast Member told me during my private Capture your Moment session that it would be coming. Now, Disney is officially sharing the good news!
Coming to all 4 parks
Beginning February 24, 2022, Epcot will offer private photo session with the World Showcase as the backdrop. According to Disney Parks Blog, you can choose one of the following pavilions for your photoshoot: Germany, Italy, the American Adventure, Japan or Morocco.
Then, on March 21, head over to Hollywood Studios to capture your group’s vacation among the glitz and glamour of the park!
“You can head down to the Hollywood Tower Hotel to take photos around its eerie grounds, capture playful photos with Gertie (Echo Lake’s resident dinosaur), get up close with the incredible details of the Chinese Theatre’s façade, or use the colorful neon signs and art deco architecture of Hollywood Boulevard and Sunset Boulevard to evoke the golden age of Tinseltown.”

But…there’s a price increase
Does this sound too good to be true? $50 for a ton of personalized photos at your favorite park? Well, the price has gone up now. Like all price increases at Disney, you will now be paying more for the same experience.
These Capture your Moment sessions will now cost $79 instead of $50. Additionally, you have to purchase Memory Maker in order to have these photos without a watermark. The sessions are still 20 minutes long.
