Raise your hand if you love more time in the parks!
Park Hours
Every few weeks our team at Kenny the Pirate shares the latest theme park hours that Disney releases. These initial hours are a great way to begin preparing for your trip, but oftentimes Disney World extends park hours.
This is even more exciting because you can plan what to do with all that extra time in the park! Maybe you want to enjoy a late night dinner reservation, or maybe you want to squeeze a few more rides into your day. Be sure to utilize Character Locator for all your planning!
Whatever the reason is, extended park hours are almost always a welcome change! Here are the latest updates we have to share with you this week. You can see our last update HERE.
Magic Kingdom
Guests will be able to enjoy more time in the Magic Kingdom with this new change:
March 3: the park will now close at 9:00 pm instead of 8:00 pm. This means Extended Evening Hours for deluxe Guests will now take place from 9:00 to 11:00 pm!
Epcot
February 22: Epcot now opens at 9:00 am (initially 10:00 am). This pushes Early Theme Park Entry up to 8:30 am.
Animal Kingdom
Guests will be able to enjoy more time at Animal Kingdom with these new hours:
February 27, 28 & March 1, 4, and 5: Animal Kingdom now opens at 8:00 am (initially 9:00 am). This pushes Early Theme Park Entry up to 7:30 am. Additionally, Animal Kingdom will close at 8:00 pm on these dates instead of the original 7:00 pm.
March 2 and 3: Animal Kingdom now opens at 8:00 am (initially 9:00 am). This pushes Early Theme Park Entry up to 7:30 am. Unlike the other dates above, the park is still scheduled to close at 7:00 pm. If you are wanting to see Pandora at night, do not travel on these dates!
Will you be at Magic Kingdom, Epcot, or Animal Kingdom on any of the above dates? What are your new plans? Let us know in the comments below and on Facebook!
