Not only that, but Spaceship Earth has a new light show in honor of the event. This festival features a light show featuring Colors of the Wind.

Plant-based items are normally not my first choice for eating, but I decided to stop by this booth because I was determined to complete EPCOT’s Garden Graze. The first menu item (Grilled Baby Vegetables with Hummus Cream and Red Pepper Coulis) here is one of the items for this fun festival activity.

Along with plant-based food, I can also admit I also do not like vegetables all that much. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I actually did enjoy it! This offering includes baby vegetables (cherry tomatoes, zucchini, carrots) along with hummus cream and red pepper coulis.

The vegetables were definitely fresh, and one of my favorite things to eat (tomatoes) were juicy and bursting with flavor. My only complaint is I wanted more tomatoes rather than just a couple. The hummus cream was also a nice addition along with the red pepper coulis. It did not make the dish hot or really even that spicy, but I thought it was a good balance to everything else.

For dessert, I tried the Chocolate Cake with Whipped Cassis Mousse, Raspberry Gelato and Fresh Raspberries. This dessert was simply delightful.

The chocolate cake was not too rich and the raspberry gelato was a really great contrast. The gelato was smooth, creamy and light. Topping it off with raspberries was also just the way to make this dessert complete.

Overall, the items I tried were tasteful, light and satisfying. This is one food booth I would definitely visit again!
