Opening of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is nearing completion. We recently shared a look at the inside loading area of this attraction and the rumored height requirements. A reopening date was accidentally shared and immediately removed from social media.
It appears that this information was shared earlier than the Walt Disney Company had planned. Find out more about the possible opening timeline HERE.
Cosmic Rewind has now been added to the digital map and we can now see a full image of the exterior of this attraction. A first look at the brand new addition coming to the Wonders of Xandar Pavilion.
We even have possible preview dates for select Guests to enjoy this attraction prior to the official opening.
First Look Inside the Galaxarium
We were overjoyed to see the first look inside Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. Disney Parks shares a TikTok video showcasing this finished space.
Disney Parks shares, “We got an exclusive preview of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. When we first walk through the queue of the Wonders of Xandar Pavilion you’ll come to this room called the Galaxarium.”
In this observatory, you can take in the beauty of the galaxy. Be on the lookout and spot not only earth, but also prepare for your journey to the planet Xandar.

This immersive queue is simply breathtaking and appears ready to welcome Guests very soon. At the end of the video, Disney shares “Opening this Summer.” Although there is not yet a definite opening date, this sneak peek has us hopeful that we will enjoy this attraction soon.
