Decorations
This Hocus Pocus-inspired table scape is filled with easy DIYs to add some wickedly fun details to your party décor. Start by gathering trinkets from around the house, like a magnifying glass, coins, glass bottles and jars, moss, hard-covered books, etc. Cover the hardcovered books in black construction paper sheets, so they fit in with the theme.
Fill the glass jars and bottles with colored water, tea leaves, or even salt with food coloring to give the look of potion ingredients. You can use books or boxes under your tablecloth to offer some height and interest to your table décor. A bunch of mismatched candlesticks add to the effect.
More Fun
If you want to add some more magical effects to your party, try dry ice or reuse souvenir glow cubes from your latest trip to a Disney destination.
Top off your table for your guests and try these Hocus Pocus Spell Book place cards by downloading this PDF and a floral centerpiece. Check out this video for some inspiration from the cast members of Disney Floral and Gifts:
Table Fun
Don’t forget to add a few Hidden Mickeys to your table decorations. You can group some coins or plates in your floral arrangement, or even simply draw on your candlesticks with a permanent marker.
Spooky Disney Snacks
What’s a party without snacks! We recommend trying these Disney Parks Blog favorites for your Halfway to Halloween festivities:
