My jaw hit the floor when I saw this wild video of a Disney Guest breaking the rules.
Haunted Mansion
Guests love this classic Disney attraction all around the world. It is one of those iconic rides that I (Monica) must experience on each and every Disney trip.
Not only is the pre-show excellent, but it also just the right amount of fun and spook. Plus, who does not love the Grim Grinning Ghosts song? There’s even a Haunted Mansion movie in the works!
There are all kinds of fun props located inside the attraction as well as outside in the queue area. Unfortunately, a guest apparently thought it would be fun and silly to mess with those props…
Restricted Area
Disney strictly prohibits Guests from touching props and parts of the attractions. There are so many moving parts to rides, and Guest and Cast Member safety are both top priorities for Disney.
In a video posted to TikTok, a Guest actually climbed into the grave of Master Gracey in the Haunted Mansion attraction. It is located outside in the main queue for the attraction. Not only does she get inside of it, but she actually lays down and crosses her arms as if she is dead.
The caption reads, “Sorry Walt. Had too.” Check out the wild video below:
She, in fact, did not have to.
I’m actually quite shocked that this was done in plain sight in broad daylight. It was not done in the “comfort” of the ride vehicle where many do not think Cast Members are watching.
Other people making poor choices at Disney
Unfortunately, this is not the only recent instance of people making poor choices at Disney. Just a few weeks ago, a Guest stuck his foot in two attractions at Disneyland. Not only is this incredibly unsafe, it’s also just nasty.
Then, there’s the other video on social media going around where someone allegedly took water from Pirates of the Caribbean and used it to cook a meal.
Then, of course, no one can forget the infamous cucumber incident last summer where someone actually jumped out of the boat on Living with the Land to steal a cucumber. All off the above incidents were documented on social media.
What do you think of all this? Are people genuinely making poor choices, or are they doing it for attention on social media? Sound off in the comments below and on Facebook.

If Disney doesn't take action , this unruly behavior will continue. Girls show up wearing bikini tops all the time just so they can get a voucher for free t shirt of their choice and brag about it. One girl did a video park hopping to a diff park wearing bikini top to get a second free shirt in the same day!
