These Epcot Festival Treats Are A Must Try But Are Gone Soon!

Do you enjoy snacking around the world during the Flower and Garden Festival? There is one booth that you NEED to stop at, but go quickly because these treats won’t be around for long!

EPCOT Farmers Feast

The EPCOT Farmers Feast is located near Test Track Presented by Chevrolet. Here you will find farm fresh dishes that will be sure to delight. However, because this is seasonal, dishes on the menu do change!

From April 10- May 21 you can enjoy the Springtime Menu. This includes:

  • Grilled Vegetable Bruschetta with Marinated Peppers, Zucchini, Squash, Artichokes, Goat Cheese, and Balsamic Glaze on Grilled Ciabatta
  • Herb-crusted Spring Lamb with Marble Potatoes, Spring Vegetables, and Red Wine Butter Sauce
  • Strawberry Rhubarb Upside-down Cake with Creme Fraiche Whipped Cream

The Grilled Vegetable Bruschetta was delicious! I (Heather) don’t love artichokes, but mixed in with the other veggies, goat cheese and balsamic glaze I truly enjoyed them. The different textures, from the cooked vegetables to the smooth cheese and crunchy bread, really made this dish a delight!

This dish was a little harder to share because the bread is crispy and plastic knifes aren’t the best to cut crispy bread, but it is still possible. You may want to share so that you can enjoy everything this booth has to offer!

This might be my favorite dish from any festival! I love rhubarb, but sometimes it can be very tart. The balance of tartness of the rhubarb and sweetness of the cake was perfect!

The cake was moist and baked to perfection. There was also plenty of rhubarb in it! Sometimes you are left looking for the rhubarb, but not here!

Unfortunately, the Florida heat got to the whipped cream before a fabulous photo could be taken, but don’t worry that whipped cream was still just as delicious!

Hibiscus Lemonade Cocktail

The Hibiscus Lemonade Cocktail features Islamorada Brewery & Distillery Hibiscus Gin. I am not a big drinker and prefer sweeter beverages. However, this cocktail was very refreshing.

The drink itself is very photogenic, but it is as good as it looks. I do recommend this cocktail even though it is not on the sweeter side. You will have time to enjoy this as it is not one of the rotating items and will be there throughout the festival!

Final Thoughts

I loved that this booth has rotating offers! It’s fun that depending on when you visit you can experience new and exciting food. I know I can’t wait to go back next month and try something new!

This booth is a must do! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
