We’re excited to share the latest update on the status of Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique opening inside Disney World’s Magic Kingdom.
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique
The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is another experience that many Guests are looking forward to before their children age out. My (Monica) oldest daughter is just about there, and I am really hoping to get her in one last time!
We have been sharing several clues lately that point to its return, and Disney has confirmed that the Boutique will indeed open “later this year” at both Disney World and Disneyland Resort. Until now, we weren’t sure if that meant could be later this summer or into the fall.
Makeovers
The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is an incredible experience for young children between the ages of 4 and 12 years old. Located at Magic Kingdom, Disney Springs, and the Grand Floridian, children are made up into their favorite princess or knight.
Knight makeovers include hair gel and a sword and shield. Princess makeovers are a bit more elaborate with make up, hair, and nails. And don’t forget that pixie dust and sash! My (Monica) two older children enjoyed this experience, and I am anxiously awaiting for this experience to reopen so my younger two children can have that same magic.
While you’re waiting for it to reopen, or just want a “free” photo experience with a cool backdrop and Disney photographer, check out details on the Royal Portrait Studio open now in Disney’s Magic Kingdom HERE.
Newest Sign of Reopening
On previous Disney World trips, the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique shop looked so empty. There were signs on the doors that read “closed” with no word of re-opening. With so many experiences and character meetings returning, this would re-open too!
Now, however, Disney has removed all of these “closed” signs from the shop! We’re waiting in anticipation to receive official word of Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique‘s reopening date! Stay tuned to our KtP Blog for this update and your other Disney news and planing tips.
Closed signs have been removed from Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique!
