Extended Evening Hours
Extended Evening Hours are only for deluxe and deluxe villa Guests. It also includes people staying at Shades of Green and the Swan/Dolphin hotels. On select nights (usually Monday for Epcot and Wednesday for Magic Kingdom), those staying at select resorts can enjoy attractions for 2 hours after official park closing.

These extended hours are definitely helpful for Guests who are still on the fence about using the Disney Genie+ system. This allows Guests to enjoy select attractions with smaller lines. Be sure to check out the full review of Extended Evening Hours HERE.
New Dates Added
The Extended Evening Hours are a great benefit to guests. You can check out a full listing of the current Extended Evening Hours through August HERE. Even before the first fall decorations are hung, Walt Disney World is releasing Extending Evening hours for the fall.
Unfortunately, Extended Evening hours are only at Magic Kingdom and at EPCOT. Be sure to check out Monica’s post from when Disney’s Hollywood Studios had them HERE.
The newly released Extended Evening Hours are as follows:
- Monday, September 5th: EPCOT 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm
- Wednesday, September 7th: Magic Kingdom 10:00 am to midnight
- Monday, September 12th: EPCOT 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm
- Wednesday, September 14th: Magic Kingdom 10:00 pm to midnight
Extended Evening hours are a great benefit at EPCOT to allow guests to enjoy the newest attraction Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.
