New After Hours Event For Select Disney World Guests

Disney Vacation Club

Disney Vacation Club, also known as DVC, is Disney’s version of a time share. I (Heather) have been a member for several years and truly love it!

Recently, Members were told that we could borrow all of our allotted points! This was very exciting news.

Moonlight Magic

Disney Vacation Club Moonlight Magic is an exclusive After Hours event. You have to be eligible to register and be able to secure a “ticket.” The registration process is a bit like the runDisney race registration. You feel that you got the workout (stress) in just trying to get registered.

However, these events are a lot of fun. They are free to attend and held after the park is closed. Guests can anticipate shorter-than-usual wait times, Disney character sightings, reimagined entertainment, and complimentary special treats and delectable delights.

Personally, as it is a complete gamble if you get in, I have never planned a trip around getting in to one of these. If it works out, great, if not, I’m not disappointed that we are not attending.

Typhoon Lagoon

Check this out DVC Members: another Moonlight Magic Event has been added! Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon will have THREE nights for this special event.

Moonlight Magic at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon will be on August 15, 22, and 23!

Event dates are August 9, 2022, Agust 15, 2022, and August 23, 2022. Members with a Disney Resort Hotel reservation can register July 22, 2022 at 11:00 AM Easter time. General Registration (availability pending) will be on August 3, 2022 at 11:00AM Eastern Time.
